Zeiss-Großplanetarium Berlin

Renovation and modernization work at the Zeiss Großplanetarium began in April 2014. The planetarium, which first opened in 1987 and which is now a part of the Stiftung Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin, is therefore closed at this time.

In addition to a new, digital media technology and various structural projects, a new conceptual orientation is also a part of the overall modernization plan. When it reopens in 2016, the Zeiss Großplanetarium will be one of the most modern scientific theatres in Europe.
