Ecsite is the European network of science centres and museums, linking science communication professionals in more than 400 institutions in 50 countries. Founded 20 years ago, Ecsite connects member institutions through projects and activities and facilitates the exchange of ideas and best practice on current issues. Ecsite member institutions attract over 30 million visitors in their venues and many millions more through their websites. More than 60% of visitors are under 25, and almost 40% of them are school students. Our visitors represent Europe’s future as a leading scientific, technological and industrial region of the world.
