The FullDome Festival provides an open platform to promote the art, the science, the business and the future of fulldome and immersive media. As an organizing body we are 360-degree independent and open to contributors from all around the world.

The annual FullDome Festival was founded in 2007 and is the longest running international event of its kind. The festival is continuously changing along with the evolution of the medium and the needs of the community.

Visitors to the FullDome Festival will watch and assess fulldome shows and 360-degree live performances, meet professionals, students and independent producers and participate in workshops, making-of sessions, presentations and expert talks.

The best shows in the contest will receive the prestigious JANUS-Award.

The 13th international Jena FullDome Festival is organized by the non-profit FullDome Festival Foundation.
