CAPE 2023: SERIOUSLY BRIGHT IDEAS will be held at Mayland Earth to Sky Park’s Glenn and Carol Arthur Planetarium. We very excited to host this group and look forward to a relaxed, fun time where we can share, learn, and hang out!

We are situated in a unique location here at the Earth to Sky Park. Under the International Dark Sky Association’s certification, we are Dark Sky Site #22 and one of the darkest locations on record in WNC. We are excited to have 2 chances to go stargazing in the Bare Dark Sky Observatory this year and will take both nights in hopes for a clear shot of the sky. CAPE will start Monday morning at 11 am for folks who will not be joining us on Sunday evening. This change has been per request for folks to drive in morning of. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again this year, please reach out if you have questions.
