Many millennia ago, people noticed that some stars in the sky moved in a special way. Legends were written about them, and they were studied with great interest. Over time, mankind made many discoveries to unravel the mysterious nature of these unusual objects – the planets of the solar system.
Space missions sent to all corners of the solar system have revolutionised humanity’s understanding of planets’ formation, geological structure, and climate. The Moscow Planetarium’s film offers a glimpse into the extraordinary worlds that mankind has discovered. Computer graphics based on current scientific data provide insight into each planet and the Sun.
