Come with us on a journey through our Milky Way! Together we will fly to places where no human being has ever been before. Using the latest research results, you will experience our home galaxy as vividly as never before. We start at our sun, look at our galaxy from the outside and plunge into the starry centre. In the process, we will address exciting questions: How does a galaxy form and function? And where do all the stars come from?

In cooperation with the “Collaborative Research Centre 881 – The Milky Way System” at the University of Heidelberg and the international StarForge research group, current scientific data and simulations have been implemented for the planetarium. This makes it possible to experience our Milky Way in three dimensions. You can expect an unprecedented experience that will delight laymen and experts alike!
