Introducing the DOMES section: Planetariums and Fulldome Venues
As you can tell, we're passionate about fulldome! Of course, that includes planetarium and fulldome venues too. In fact, today we are introducing our new Domes section.
Thanks to a partnership with Plafinder by Maciej Mucha, FDDB now contains information of digital dome theaters (planetariums and fulldome venues) located anywhere in the world.
FDDB uses Plafinder's database and displays it on a map. Anyone can apply filters or zoom-in to find a specific theater and learn more about each venue and its technology.
Along with the new Domes section, today we are also releasing many stability and performance improvements that we'll describe in another article.
With almost 6.000 registered planetarium and fulldome professionals, FDDB has turned 7-yr old this month. We are proud of its growth and are strongly committed to keep investing on our platform and provide the best fulldome database ever!
