Skylark is an audiovisual immersive experience about geometric pattern, moiré effect and movements produce by mathematics formulas.

In a subtle visual game of pure geometry, psychedelic, minimalism and optical art, a narrative about confinement is developed, positioning the viewer in the point of view of a butterfly. His visual field is reduced as the form reach vertiginous heights until the sensation to escape of the multiple oppressive jails. A surrounded soundtrack composed by aerial electronics sounds overcome the spectator’s perception. Sound work will be done in tight collaboration with video material in terms of synchronicity, structure and synthesis.

”This movie shows that very often only simple clear minimalist means of expression can be also innovating and can have a strong visual impact on viewers. It also the shows that Black and White colours are maybe enough to create emotions […] and geometrics squares can work very well in the fulldome format. ”

Paulina Majda, jury member of 12th Fulldome Festival.
